We're all about healing.

This looks different for every person, but at the end of the day, we have the same goal for every one of our clients.

We treat the person, not the diagnosis.

This means no one is ever reduced to a label or limited by a stereotype. No two people are exactly alike, and we tailor our approach to each client. Diagnoses are tools, not rules.

You are in charge of your wellness journey, not us.

The most important thing is that you feel in control of your own journey and comfortable with the team supporting you.

I'm Chelsea, the founder of
Actias Wellness.

I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over a decade of experience working in mental health. I've worked in a variety of clinical settings, from private practices to residential recovery programs to women's and children's centers. I received my training at Arcadia University.

Through my training and experience, I've worked with a wide array of age groups, genders, sexualities, and cultures. I've developed a specialty in working with those who have experienced trauma, large and small,

as well as taking an integrative approach—a holistic perspective that considers all components of an individual’s life, including physical, mental, and emotional health, and utilizes both modern and traditional means—to wellness.

I founded Actias Wellness to create a healing space for people to take steps toward a balanced life. "Health" is a unique relationship every person has with themselves, and Actias Wellness exists to empower people to give that relationship the time, energy, and care to feel content, confident, and authentically themselves.

"Health" is a relationship you have with yourself, and only you can determine what it looks like. That doesn't mean you have to do it alone, though. Together with us as your wellness team, we'll develop this relationship that's entirely unique to you.
